Pastor Eddie Vargas, alongside his wife Roxanne, has faithfully served the South Bay community for over 34 years and is the founding pastor of Restoration Life Church in Los Angeles. From the moment he answered God’s call on his life, Pastor Eddie’s mission has been clear: to lead people into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and to see lives transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.

His ministry journey began by pastoring a revival-focused youth movement called Fresh Fire at Praise Chapel. This passion for revival and discipleship led to the planting of his first church in Redondo Beach in 2002, and later to the birth of Restoration Life Church following a pivotal and successful merger in 2009. Through every season—growth, transition, and challenge—Pastor Eddie has witnessed God’s faithfulness firsthand.

He co-founded the Reach Network, a movement created to empower the global church, and now leads the Restoration Life Network, uniting churches with a shared vision for impact and restoration. Pastor Eddie’s legacy also includes co-founding and leading the Elevate Youth Conference for over two decades—an event that has impacted countless young people and empowered them to pursue God with purpose and passion.
