Pastor Eddie Vargas, alongside his wife Roxanne, has faithfully served the South Bay community for over 34 years and is the founding pastor of Restoration Life Church in Los Angeles. From the moment he answered God’s call on his life, Pastor Eddie’s mission has been clear: to lead people into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and to see lives transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Eddie and Roxanne began their ministry as youth pastors, leading a revival-centered movement. This passion for revival and discipleship led to the planting of his first church in Redondo Beach in 2002 and later to the formation of Restoration Life Church through a successful church merger in 2009. Through every season of ministry, they have witnessed the constant faithfulness of God.

At the core of Pastor Eddie’s heart is a deep passion for building the Church and developing leaders. Through his leadership, he has raised up pastors, built strong and healthy teams, invested in marriages, and inspired lasting transformation in the lives of countless individuals.

In addition to his pastoral leadership, Pastor Eddie serves as a Chaplain for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). He carries a deep love and burden for first responders and law enforcement officers who daily place themselves in harm’s way to serve others. Restoration Life Church has become a direct hub of support for first responder communities—especially during natural disasters and challenging seasons—providing prayer, resources, and tangible care when they are on the front lines serving our cities.

As a dynamic speaker and trusted mentor, Pastor Eddie has ministered nationally and internationally and has served as a leader within various church networks. He founded Restoration Life Network with a vision to see churches connected, strengthened, and restored. His heart for the local church is evident in his dedication to equipping pastors and leaders for healthy and fruitful ministry. Beyond his own congregation, he continues to serve on oversight teams for churches and evangelistic ministries, offering wisdom, guidance, and spiritual covering.
